Meet and greets are scheduled visits at our boarding location, allowing you to see where your dog will stay and how they'll spend their time. It's also an opportunity for us to assess your dog’s social skills and behavior. During the meet and greet, we'll tour the property, discuss your dog's care, and potentially introduce your dog to our resident dogs. A meet and greet is required before any boarding stay, so please schedule it well in advance of your travel dates. If the meet and greet goes well, a complimentary assessment daycare day (valued at $20) will be scheduled before the first boarding stay to ensure your dog’s comfort and happiness without their parents.
PLEASE NOTE: To maintain a peaceful environment for our guest dogs and to avoid overlapping services, we limit the number of meet and greets. We do not schedule meet and greets during busy holiday weeks, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Due to limited availability, please register (invite code 839116) and schedule your meet and greet as soon as possible to ensure that it is completed prior to your boarding or daycare needs.

Proof of standard vaccinations are required (Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella) and should be provided at the meet and greet or previously uploaded to the boarding software. If for medical reasons, your vet has recommended to not provide vaccine boosters for your pet we can discuss the use of titre test in lieu of proof of updated vaccinations. Up to date vaccinations are required before a boarding or daycare reservation can be placed.

We utilize Gingr scheduling software for storing client & pet data, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing. We ask that you process all boarding requests and cancellations through the software to ensure that they are not missed. The link for Gingr is below. You can also access your client account through Gingr for Pet Parents app, available for both Android and Iphone.
This is a small business with no receptionist or additional intake/departure staff, so we do have to schedule all drop offs and pick ups by appointment only. For drop off and pick up times, please be punctual for the comfort and safety of our guests. Please plan to arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment to avoid overlaps with other appointments and to ensure that we are prepared for your arrival.
All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only and are limited to the following hours. We do not make appointments outside of these hours so please plan your booking with that in mind.

A credit card is required to be on file in order to process the 25% retainer required for boarding stays. The remaining balance is due upon checkout. If paying online please process payment prior to pickup. Checks and cash are welcome at pick up but if paying my cash please provide exact change only. We do not keep cash on the property.

Payment for daycare is due on the day of service. If paying online, please process that payment prior to picking up your pet.

Payment and cancellations policies vary a bit depending on the scheduled service.
Boarding Payment and Cancellation
A 25% deposit is required to hold the boarding reservation. The deposit automatically applied to the default credit card on file when the booking is approved. The deposit is refundable if at least 10 days’ notice is provided in advance of the first date of the booking. If the cancellation notice is given with less than 10 days’ notice, then the deposit is forfeited. Bookings made within the 10 day period will, by default, lose their deposit if followed by a cancellation. The remaining balance of the boarding stay is due at pick up.
ÂDaycare Payment and Cancellation
Daycare payment is due on the day of service. There is no deposit required to schedule and no cancellation fee but we do ask that you provide as much notice as possible. We only take a small number of daycare guests and may have a waiting list for the cancelled date and could fill the spot with sufficient notice.
ÂDog Walks and Pet Sitting Services
Dog walks and cat visits on a recurring weekly schedule are invoiced at the end of each week and payment is due before the start of services the following week. There is no cancellation fee as long as the service is cancelled by 9 AM on the day of service. Any cancellations after 9 AM incur in the full service fee.
Pet sitting services for non-recurring visits such as vacation or travel are billed in full at the time of booking to reserve the dates. Cancellations with at least 30 days notice can be refunded or credited to your account in full. Cancellations with with at least 2 weeks notice will receive an account credit in full. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks' notice will forfeit payment.
